Thinking development and a board game about education at Juniversity 2026
Our Institute also joined the Juniversity 2026 – Summer Children’s University programme, organized by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Szeged.
At the “Joy: eDia – Online Tasks for Developing Thinking Skills” station, participating students were welcomed by Attila Pásztor and Renáta Kiss. The children had the opportunity to try out playful and interactive online tasks from the eDia system that invited them to think, reason, and solve problems. Through this hands-on experience, they could discover how digital learning tasks can make learning engaging, meaningful, and a source of joy.
At the “Mentor Board Game – A Board Game about Educational Disadvantages” station, participating students were welcomed by József Fejes and Réka Ökördi. With the help of the Mentor Board Game, the young participants could follow the possible life paths of disadvantaged children and young people from preschool to higher education. During the session, they were able to expand their knowledge of educational disadvantages and the functioning of the Hungarian education system in a playful way.
