In order to upload the materials all authors, the chair and the discussant have to be registered to the conference until 17 February, 2014.
Please note that at least the first author (or the presenting author) has to fulfil the payment until 28 March, 2014.
The deadline for registration for enquirers is 10 March, 2014.
